Today Sucked! day 1

Okay, so I ran/jogged/walked for about 40 minutes today. Keep in mind I have not worked out since October. It was rough. REAL ROUGH, but sweating like I did lets me know I did get a work out.

I am looking forward to doing this marathon.

This is my plan for the first month and half of training/conditioning. To lift weights, run at least forty minutes a day. Lifting weights tomorrow and a little running on the treadmill. I totally forgot to weigh myself tonight before I started, will do tomorrow.

No more soda for me, I ate my last cookie today. =)

I need to go grocery shopping tomorrow while in Longview so I will pick up some healthy food.

For dinner tomorrow, I think we'll have baked chicken, rice and vegetables. <--love LOVE veggies!
