Day Two..much easier!

Okay, even though it is only day two of me whipping my ass into shape, I feel much better than I did last night after working out. Tonight I did an hour. I jogged/ran for a total of six minutes straight tonight, a heck of a lot better than last night with only doing it for two minutes straight. (totally running/jogging for 30 minutes) I also sat on the bike and did that for 15 minutes. (that really killed my knee, I am going to have to go and get a brace for my left knee.)

Then I worked on the weights for about 30 minutes. Then the gym filled up so I left. HAHA. nice, right?
